Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer IV to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the consistency and reliability of materials and products through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in quality assurance to contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance testing models and procedures to evaluate product reliability and consistency.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to adhere to pre-established guidelines and instructions for quality assurance processes.
Utilize knowledge of industry practices and commonly-used concepts to perform routine quality assessments.
Ensure proper handling and inspection of materials throughout the production cycle to maintain quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports documenting testing results and observations for review by management.
Monitor and supervise quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
Provide recommendations for improving processes and practices to enhance product quality.
Work under direct supervision while following established protocols to achieve quality objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related area.
Strong understanding of quality assurance practices, procedures, and testing models.
Familiarity with the inspection of raw materials, materials handling, and finished products.
Ability to follow pre-established guidelines and work under supervision.
Knowledge of industry standards and commonly-used concepts within the field.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
