Job Summary:
A Solutions Analyst serves as a crucial link between the organization's business objectives and IT capabilities. The Solutions Analyst systematically studies the organization's processes and procedures, identifying gaps or inefficiencies utilizing infrastructure domain knowledge. This analysis then forms the basis for designing and implementing IT Infrastructure solutions to automate specific processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness. The Solutions Analyst role is critical in driving Infrastructure's technological advancement and ensuring a seamless integration of IT with business processes. The Solutions Analyst plays a central role in the digital transformation agenda. They ensure that IT solutions not only automate and streamline processes but also align closely with the organization's business objectives.
Process Analysis:
-Conduct comprehensive studies of the organization's current processes and procedures, identifying areas that could benefit from automation or improvement.
Solution Design:
-Based on the analysis, develop and design IT solutions that can automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the organization.
-This function also includes staying updated on emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains that could be leveraged to improve operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
-Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and other personnel, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
-This also includes regularly reporting progress and solution performance metrics to stakeholders and senior Technology leaders.
Compliance Research:
-Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates, ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable.
Project Management:
-Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
-This includes managing resources, timelines, and risk mitigation while ensuring the successful delivery.

-Professional with applicable knowledge and some actionable experience.
-Works effectively on, and is able to actively contribute.
-Operates defined tasks and responsibilities.
-Understands technical discussions at the 'task level'.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Proficient in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains.
-Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
-Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to complete assignments promptly.
-Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options.
