Day to day responsibilities:
New development
Enhancements
Product simplification
Troubleshooting (research and customer issues)
Agile crew- follow agile ceremonies
Ideal vs Average Candidate:
IDS DDA and TDA
Who is this workers main interaction going to be with?
Agile team, product owner, scrum master, developers
How will performance be measured:
Are they able to take on work, lack of defects, ability to learn from their past mistakes, feedback from team
