Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to trucking operations, contract carriers, and material movement.
Develop and maintain reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions).
Pull data from systems such as Samsara and SAP to evaluate truck frequencies, equipment utilization, and material delivery volumes.
Support the implementation of Proof of Delivery solutions for mailing service drivers, including leading small-scale projects as needed.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency, cost savings, and utilization of resources.
Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting to address emerging business needs.
Complete administrative tasks to support category management and overall trucking operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of reporting and project deliverables.
