responsibilities:


This IT Systems Analyst position participates in all relevant SOX change management activities , and is responsible for overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. The IT Systems Analyst will work effectively with a team; maintain ownership for specific system function(s) and/or set of business users, facilitate communications between the business. Candidate will assume some routine administrative tasks and will periodically be expected to make independent decisions.



Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:




  • Support business applications by troubleshooting issues, analyzing possible cause, defining solutions, and working through defined change control processes to enable quick resolution.

  • Work directly with end users and business analysts to understand new/changing business requirements and functional enhancements as requested.

  • Develop technical specifications, develop and/or test new solutions in support of business requirements.

  • Facilitate and coordinate end user support by timely acknowledgement and completion of initial bug triage and assessments.

  • Acquire and maintain system and business knowledge needed to support both end users and other internal or external technical teams.

  • Support custom interfaces, system enhancements and ETL processes as required.

  • Support large installed base of stored procedures, and views.

  • Support Dev, Test and UAT environments by deploying patches, running tests, developing environment management scripts.

  • Participate in large IT projects when needed.

  • Participate in rotational shift for after-hours business support and/or technical maintenance.





qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 7 years of experience
  • Education: High School

  • C# (1 year of experience is required)
  • AngularJS (1 year of experience is required)
  • Javascript (1 year of experience is required)
  • SQL (1 year of experience is required)
  • PL/SQL (1 year of experience is required)
