Location: onsite in Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: 12 month contract to hire
Pay Range: $26-32/hr *exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

- Utilizing existing and creating new Internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolution
- Active Directory account maintenance
- Managing access to internal and external collaboration spaces
- PC Lifecycle Management
- Conference Room Support
- Inventory Receiving, & Tracking
- Fulfil software requests
- Printer management
- Business travel support
- Demonstrate and assist with remote access to resources
- Assisting with onboarded as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related professional experience
- Utilizing existing and creating new Internal and external knowledge base documents to assist with ticket resolution
- Active Directory account maintenance
- Managing access to internal and external collaboration spaces
- PC Lifecycle Management
- Conference Room Support
- Inventory Receiving, & Tracking
- Fulfilling software requests
- Printer management
- Demonstrate and assist with remote access to resources
- Ability to handle projects that include many competing objectives and design constraints, with ability to resolve conflicts between objectives.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and aspiration for technical excellence.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and possess ability to coordinate and lead a design team s effort with minimal direction.
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks that require a multi-disciplinary approach.
- The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.
- Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.
