Job Details
Role: React Developer with ESRI
Location: - Remote (with occasional travel to NY/NJ)
Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and ESRI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Able to work with tight timelines.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in React development.
- Experience with ESRI maps and development kit.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
