Sr. Technical Integration Analyst / Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sr. Technical Integration Analyst / Consultant for interoperability projects. This role is critical to the success of our healthcare integration initiatives, including interface development, vendor coordination, project intake, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Design and document data flow between systems by analyzing clinical and operational workflows to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of HL7, API, and flat file interfaces using Cloverleaf or similar integration engines.

Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders by translating business needs into technical requirements.

Lead and oversee end-to-end integration implementation and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

Coordinate with vendors to align timelines, gather requirements, and validate interface functionality.

Participate in testing cycles including unit, functional, and end-to-end validation.

Document interface specifications, workflows, and technical mappings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, revenue cycle, clinical operations, and external partners.
Educational Qualifications:

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
-
5+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interface development
-
Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare data standards
-
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Athena IDX, Epic, or Centricity
-
Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot interface issues and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with interface testing, validation, and documentation best practices
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure-hosted environments and cloud migration projects

Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and clinical data exchange

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project tracking tools

Possess deep understanding of integration technologies and architectures to guide solution design

Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare data standards

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Athena IDX, Epic, or Centricity
