Position Title: Workday HRIS Analyst


Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire


Location: Portland, OR


Salary: $110,000 - $144,000/yr. + 10% Bonus (Depending on Experience and Education)


Work Authorization: W2 Work Authorization in the US only, No C2C

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements for changes, enhancements, or projects, ensuring clear articulation of functional processes.

  • Provide expertise in Workday for day-to-day support and development, including configuration, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Design solutions encompassing configuration, integrations, security, testing, and implementation of new features, managing cross-functional impact.

  • Research and recommend Workday best practices, collaborating with various departments to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with third-party vendors on integrations, updates, and testing.

  • Build and maintain Reporting and Dashboard capabilities to enable strategic decision-making.

  • Stay updated on Workday releases and potential impacts.

  • Coordinate enhancements to streamline functionality and improve user experience.

  • Participate in change management, support go-live activities, and contribute to end-user training.


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and implementing HRIS reporting systems.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to align the HRIS with organizational goals.

  • Proven success in complex, enterprise-wide projects and designing scalable data visualization/dashboards.

  • Change management experience is desirable.
