Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a contract-based ENOVIA Data Extraction Specialist for a 6-month engagement to support our digital engineering initiatives. The role involves extracting legacy data and checked-in files from the ENOVIA 2012 platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract and migrate data from ENOVIA 2012, including checked-in files, metadata, and associated documentation.
Analyze and validate data structures to ensure completeness and accuracy during extraction.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to define data requirements and ensure secure handling.
Develop scripts or use existing tools to automate data extraction processes where applicable.
Document procedures, mappings, and transformation logic for audit and knowledge transfer purposes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data access, permissions, and legacy system compatibility.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with ENOVIA PLM systems, specifically version 2012 or similar.
Strong understanding of ENOVIA data models, vaults, and file management.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) or ENOVIA APIs for data extraction.
Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with digital engineering practices and PLM integration.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ITAR, DFARS, or NIST.
