Job Details
Role: Maximo Global Admin Location: 100% Remote Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support 5 global environments across AWS/RHOS platforms (DEV, STAGE, TRAIN, TEST, PROD, GOLD).
- Manage system validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/PV in ALM).
- Oversee data migration, integrity assessments, and archival (ABS proprietary tools).
- Support global change control processes, risk assessments, and supplier requalification.
- Administer security configurations, LDAP/AD, and Global Security Matrix.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI for EAM maintenance systems.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, electronic signatures, and disaster recovery plans/tests.
- Provide global documentation updates (SOPs, WIs, job aids, training materials).
- Support integrations with SAP PM, MES, LIMS, MRO, EHS, TrackWise, ServiceNow.
