Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable database solutions using Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines, stored procedures, triggers, and views using Microsoft Fabric Pipelines, Data Flows, and Notebooks.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Lead cloud database migration projects with minimal downtime.
- Integrate multiple data sources into unified data models.
- Analyze and improve database performance and query execution.
- Automate database deployment processes using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Maintain documentation for database designs and migration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and stay current with emerging technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in database development (SQL Server, ETL design/build, database architecture).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Pipelines, Data Flows, Notebooks).
- Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL programming, and stored procedures.
- Experience with Power BI report development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and database migration processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, or cloud technologies are a plus.
