In this role, you'll lead post-market investigations and signal escalations for Single Use Devices and Capital Equipment in the Peripheral Intervention/Vascular Surgery division. You'll work cross-functionally to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive quality improvements.

Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $42.00/hour
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (42 hours/week)
- Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Arden Hills
In this role, you'll lead post-market investigations and signal escalations for Single Use Devices and Capital Equipment in the Peripheral Intervention/Vascular Surgery division. You'll work cross-functionally to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Investigate post-market product complaints and identify trends or performance issues
- Conduct root cause analyses, support CAPA/NCEP processes, and document quality actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design Assurance, Supplier Management)
- Provide technical guidance and utilize lab tools (e.g., X-ray, FTIR, SEM) for investigations
- Present findings and support process improvements to enhance product performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field (required)
- 2+ years in medical device quality, post-market, or product development preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, QSR, and complaint handling processes
