Client is working to migrate business users to a new network and will have various Engineering systems applications which require reinstallation, testing, and overall migration of user content with the applications.
ENGINEERING skills required for this role:
- Understanding on how to install products such as Autocad, Cameo, Matlab, Solidworks
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools
Responsibilities:
- Work with various groups to determine contractual limitations with vendors
- Monitoring and reporting software license usage and trends and minimizing spend and rationalizing portfolios
- Liaising with end users and business customers and understanding their current and future requirements
- Proving regular feedback and presentation to customers, end users and senior management of latest migrations
- Lead and perform requirements gathering.
- Aligning digital strategies with overall strategic business goals.
- Recommend standard procedures and best practices.
Desired Competencies:
- Understand the requirements of connected data required for digital delivery
- Knowledge of the energy industry and the tools and systems typically used within the industry.
