Currently, we are searching for a Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) Program Manager to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of energy trading markets, and hands-on experience with platforms like Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, or similar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex ETRM implementation and upgrade programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, trading, risk, compliance, finance) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrators.
  • Ensure ETRM solutions are aligned with regulatory, operational, and business requirements.
  • Track program milestones, manage risks/issues, and communicate status to executives.
  • Champion change management, training, and user adoption strategies.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in energy/commodities trading.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, Aspect, Openlink, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-to-back energy trading processes (power, gas, oil, renewables, etc.).
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale system implementations or upgrades.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and vendors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and risk frameworks in energy trading (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, REMIT).
  • Regular and predictable attendance
