Job Title: Staff Analyst, Integrations Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Integrations Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various integration platforms, including Boomi, webMethods, and Informatica, and will be adept at leading cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cost-effective integrations. The candidate will bring deep technical expertise, experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry, and a strong understanding of SAP, databases and, operational efficiency, and scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise integration solutions across platforms such as Boomi, webMethods, and other middleware systems.
  • Develop and optimize integrations between various business applications, including SAP, Concur, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan and others.
  • Architect solutions using industry best practices and integration patterns such as A2A, B2B, API-led, event-driven, and batch processing models.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across integration platforms using encryption, authentication mechanisms, and certificates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Develop APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP) to handle diverse data types such as XML, JSON, and databases.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives by optimizing integration licensing models and refactoring existing integrations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards like EDI (X12, EDIFACT) and RosettaNet.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in solution architecture, documentation, and quality assurance for integration projects.
  • Support DevOps and automation initiatives, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of integrations.

Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and middleware solutions.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Boomi (7+ years), webMethods (7+ years), MuleSoft, and other iPaaS/API platforms.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire).
    • Strong knowledge of EDI, RosettaNet, and integration technologies, including AWS, Informatica, or similar tools.
    • Experience working with DevOps tools, testing strategies, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX).
    • Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Preferred:
    • Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Boomi, webMethods, Cleo, BTP, MoveIT).
    • Proven experience consolidating and harmonizing multiple middleware platforms into a unified, scalable platform
    • Knowledge of semiconductor industry
    • Exposure to SAP S4, EDI, Anaplan, and Workday integrations is a huge plus.
    • Certifications in Boomi, webMethods or middleware tools is a plus.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $106,500 to $159,750.
