RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analytics & Insight Specialist in Ramsey, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Data Analytics & Insight Specialist will act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders by understanding their goals both short and long-term, aligning on key measurable metrics, and delivering actionable insights to influence decision-making
* Assist in the Development and enforcement of data governance policies
* Lead and participate in HR data-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations. Support organizational change by translating complex data into clear narratives and enabling adoption of new tools, metrics, and reporting processes
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
* Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive HR information
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in HR data management, analysis and inclusion of AI in your everyday work
* Team member on cross-functional applications, and implementations, where reporting, data and HR processes are key
* As a Data Analytics & Insight Specialist, you will utilize statistical methods to analyze and interpret data sets to help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR data accuracy and efficiency
* Awareness of data transformation within integrations with non-HR systems to deliver a best-in-class solutions and trusted source of the meaning or definition of data
* Engages with 3rd party vendor resources to achieve goals, including new feature implementations related to Analytics/Reporting, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Advanced business degree preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with cross-functional reporting and analytics service
* Experience in human capital management strongly preferred
* Experience communicating and using data (Storytelling) to guide and persuade audiences; Able to credibly and compellingly convey ideas and recommendations
* Familiarity with ADP Payroll, ICIMS, and SuccessFactors is a plus
* Proficient in advanced reporting and analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Report Stories
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
* Flexible leadership style to engage team members with varying levels of technical expertise
* Strong collaboration skills across all organizational levels to support data-driven decision-making
* High ownership and accountability in delivering solutions
* Understand system design and data delivery implications on business outcomes
* Empathetic and customer-focused approach with active listening skills
* Quick to absorb and adapt to new applications, features, and systems
* Open to new perspectives and continuous learning
* Demonstrated ability to experiment, learn quickly, and implement best-in-class solutions
* Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis and visualization

* Ability to review, create and execute deep-dive analyses to support HR/ company goals to uncover trends and opportunities
* Ability to own and drive Analytic projects, including having a technical mindset to leverage new tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
