Key Technical Skills
- Possesses a minimum of five years of Desktop/IT Support experience.
- Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and cloud-based platforms.
- Skilled in resolving both hardware and software issues across various environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and tools for managing devices like SCCM and Intune.
Additional Valuable Skills
- Over five years of experience in IT operations.
- Familiar with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Comfortable using scripting tools like PowerShell or Bash to automate tasks.
- Proficient with remote support tools like TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
- Knowledgeable in ITIL frameworks and best practices for service management.
- Experienced with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Able to clearly document procedures, onboard and train team members, and maintain operational continuity.
- Familiar with service desk platforms and ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
