Responsibilities:
- Automate Testing Processes: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage and faster resolution times.
- Develop Test Frameworks: Create and implement robust test frameworks that support scalability and efficiency for large-scale retirement plans.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle, ensuring early detection of issues.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance for handling large volumes of data.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality by performing functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar testing tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of retirement plan management systems and financial services.
