Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Tower Lighting Relocation Program)
Job Location: Beltsville, MD (Onsite)
Job Type: Nationwide initiative (~1,500 sites)
Job Description:
The client is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead the relocation of FAA tower lighting systems at approximately 1,500 sites across the United States. This program involves moving systems from within existing equipment shelters to external configurations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery with speed, precision, and quality, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Project Leadership & Oversight
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the FAA lighting system relocation program.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the end customer, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAA, FCC, and regulatory standards.
- Proven expertise in telecom infrastructure projects, ideally with FAA lighting systems or shelter-based power/equipment configurations.
- Strong track record of managing nationwide, compliance-driven construction projects.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple contractors and stakeholders under tight schedules.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with FAA-licensed equipment or similar compliance-regulated telecom projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
