Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Analyst to lead the provisioning, development, configuration, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM-based business solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM best practices, solution design, and custom development using the xRM framework, while prioritizing native (OOB) capabilities.
This hybrid role includes both technical development and business analysis responsibilities. The candidate will collaborate closely with business users to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, evaluate requirements, and deliver impactful CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Developer Tasks:
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Customize using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server
- Utilize tools like XrmToolBox, plug-ins, ribbon workbench
- Work with CRM APIs (REST/ODATA/SOAP) and custom web services
- Configure workflows, business process flows, forms, views, and dashboards
- Package and deploy Dynamics solutions across environments (QA/UAT/Prod)
- Integrate with SharePoint Online and manage CRM security roles and web roles
- Design and develop Power Apps Portals
- Build custom SSRS reports and troubleshoot CRM performance issues
Analyst Tasks:
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and SMEs to define business processes
- Maintain SDLC documentation, test cases, and project artifacts
- Translate business needs into system design and configurations
- Support legacy data analysis and migration efforts
- Use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for tracking and documentation
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years with Dynamics 365 configuration & custom development
- 5+ years in Dynamics CRM development
- Familiarity with at least 2 Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Strong hands-on experience with C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server
- Prior work with CRM APIs, Web Services, SSRS, SharePoint integration
