Role Overview:
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to create interactive, story-driven demos that bring their platform to life for clients, prospects, and internal teams. Using Walnut (or similar demo platforms), you will design engaging experiences that reflect real user journeys and showcase the value of offerings such as HSAs, FSAs, and other spending accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Build Demos: Create interactive, user-friendly demos using Walnut to showcase product capabilities for sales presentations, member education, and client onboarding
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product management, marketing, sales, client services, and operations to align demo content with feature sets, target personas, and audience needs
* Tailor Experiences: Customize demos for specific buyer personas, ensuring each experience highlights the most relevant features and capabilities
* Enhance & Maintain Content: Continuously update demos to reflect new product features, user interface changes, and industry best practices
* Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure demos are fully functional, intuitive, and aligned with production environments
* Training & Enablement: Provide training and guidance to sales reps, relationship managers, and internal teams on using demos effectively during presentations
* Creative Design: Leverage Figma and other design tools to integrate visual elements and enhance demo storytelling
* Industry Awareness: Stay informed about competitor demo strategies, emerging trends, and new technologies to ensure demos remain best-in-class

REQUIREMENTS:
* Creative & Technical Skills: Experience with Figma or other design tools for UI elements and story-driven demo creation
* Instructional Design Background (a plus): Experience in creating learning materials or guided tours for user training and onboarding
* Demo Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Walnut or similar platforms (e.g., Saleo, Storylane, Reprise, Tourial, Arcade, Demostack, Navattic, Testbox)
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with spending account products (HSAs, FSAs, HRAs) is highly preferred
* Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams, capture requirements, and translate them into compelling demo experiences
* User Experience Design: Ability to create demos that feel like authentic product interactions and support different use cases (sales, onboarding, training, marketing)
* Interview Process: Two interview rounds focused on tool proficiency, creative demo design, and industry understanding
