Job Details

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Social Welfare, Public Administration, or human services-related field (preferred)
  • 10 + years of proven experience leading a large organization through transformation and change at a similar leadership level in federal, state, or local government, or a large nonprofit organization or corporation that provides health and human services or social services.
  • Experience working in the Health and Human Services domain.
  • Experience with Early childhood programs (childcare and Head Start).
  • Managed state-wide staff within permanency programs.
  • Experience working in Child welfare and public child welfare information systems.
  • Oversees child welfare product solution design ,innovation and licensing.
  • Experience with a state agency in the Health and Human Services Department.
  • Managed statewide staff within permanency programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
