Job Title: Oracle Developer (PL/SQL & DBA) - Commercial Loans Systems
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer with strong Database Administration (DBA) expertise and backend development experience to support Commercial Loans systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and optimizing PL/SQL code, managing database performance, and supporting backend workflows involving complex SQL queries. This role requires close collaboration with application teams to ensure data integrity, high availability, and smooth deployments.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Developer with strong Database Administration (DBA) expertise and backend development experience to support Commercial Loans systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and optimizing PL/SQL code, managing database performance, and supporting backend workflows involving complex SQL queries. This role requires close collaboration with application teams to ensure data integrity, high availability, and smooth deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code for backend systems supporting commercial loan applications.
- Perform Oracle DBA tasks including performance tuning, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of database solutions.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, availability, and security.
- Utilize Oracle DB Admin tools for database management and troubleshooting.
- Participate in system architecture design, user requirement analysis, and testing phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and standards.
- Stay current with financial services trends, especially in the commercial lending space.
- Minimum 8 years of combined education and experience in systems design, development, and database administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development.
- Proven experience with Oracle DBA tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of financial data models, preferably in the Commercial Loans domain.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in financial services, with a focus on commercial lending systems.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management and infrastructure lifecycle best practices.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and reviewing technical proposals.
