Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Duties include but are not limited to: gathering, developing, coordinating, and maintaining business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards; troubleshooting, coordinating, and maintaining production systems/programs/applications; assisting in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking
  • Provide efficient project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable
  • Works with application support and development team to fix software bugs and escalated issues
  • Lead resolution to issues with interfacing systems built on different technologies
  • Facilitate and Participate in regular project status reviews
  • Convert high-level User Requirements into executable, detailed User Stories to enable development
  • Create and maintain the product backlog
  • Conduct planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • Experience in API practice/program at a large organization
  • Strong experience in discovery, identification, and documentation of APIs
  • Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and document API requirements
  • Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project
  • Ensure product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle
  • Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities and future roadmaps
  • Attend and lead design sessions with the product team
