Role : PMO's with SCM
Location : Atlanta, GA - Mandatory 5 days a week
Contract
Requirement mentioned below:
- Establish, manage, and improve project governance frameworks, tools, and templates for supply chain projects.
- Oversee project portfolios in supply chain transformation, procurement optimization, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Work closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead project planning efforts including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Track, monitor, and report on project progress, KPIs, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular PMO reviews, steering committee meetings, and project retrospectives.
- Standardize best practices across supply chain projects to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
- Manage change control processes related to supply chain initiatives.
- Support the integration of new technologies and ERP systems into the supply chain function.
- Act as the key liaison between PMO, IT, Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators assigned to supply chain projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, with at least 2 3 years managing supply chain-related projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, supplier relationship management.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or other project management tools.
- Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.
