Job Title: Design Operations Manager
We are seeking a Design Operations Manager with a proven track record of shaping processes and driving operational excellence within design organizations. In this role, you will partner closely with design leadership to streamline workflows, foster collaboration, and enable teams to deliver exceptional user experiences at scale.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement scalable processes that create a safe, collaborative environment for design and research teams.
  • Align cross-functional teams and manage complex projects to ensure timelines and priorities stay on track.
  • Introduce frameworks, tools, and training that enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the operational right hand to design directors, supporting annual and ongoing planning cycles.
  • Build strong partnerships across product and design teams, facilitating alignment and mediating between stakeholders.
  • Contribute to both portfolio-level and central operations initiatives, driving consistency and impact across the organization.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
