Overview:

One of our clients is seeking three experienced Regional Sales Representatives to drive new business across the Northeast, Southeast, and West regions. This role is ideal for a consultative cybersecurity sales professional with a proven track record selling to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.

The Regional Sales Representative will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding the client s footprint within regulated and high-growth industries.

One of our clients is a fast-growing cybersecurity and managed security services provider focused on helping organizations strengthen their security posture, reduce operational risk, and meet evolving compliance requirements. Their offerings include managed detection and response (MDR), security operations, compliance automation, and strategic advisory services.

Their platform delivers real-time threat detection, automated response workflows, advanced correlation, and continuous monitoring across endpoints, identities, cloud, and network environments serving SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.

Role Summary:

The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding relationships within an assigned territory. This role requires a high-energy, consultative seller who can manage complex sales cycles, clearly articulate cybersecurity value, and engage with both technical and executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, IT Director, CEO, CFO, etc.).

You will manage the full sales process from prospecting through close, working closely with internal delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targets
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Present and position cybersecurity services and platform solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Sell into regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and government-adjacent sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding, adoption, expansion, and account transitions
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity services and products, including:
    • SIEM
    • MDR (Managed Detection and Response)
    • Endpoint Security solutions
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and SOC environments (IDS/IPS, log management, incident response, network/endpoint security)
  • Deep knowledge of cyber risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, NYDFS, and NIST
  • Demonstrated success selling into SMB, Mid-Market, and Small Enterprise segments
  • Experience engaging both technical teams and executive decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective in a remote work environment
  • Travel within the assigned region as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: starting at $85,000
  • Commission: Uncapped; on-plan earnings expected to double base salary
