Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Mode of Work: Hybrid

Role Overview:
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance ITSM and ITOM processes. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensure seamless integrations, and maintain platform stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations and integrations
  • Configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve platform-related issues
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and system designs
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Configure Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow enhancements and industry standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration experience
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM (PSDS), and HAM modules
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience creating technical documentation and system designs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
