Job Title: Bench Sales Manager

Location: Albuquerque, NM (onsite)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for selling the available technology consultants who are on the bench (i.e., not on current projects) to client organizations.
  • Holds the responsibility for Identifying and developing business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
  • Market and place bench consultants on suitable client projects.
  • Negotiating on contract terms and conditions with clients and consultants.
  • Maintaining close communication with consultants to understand their skills and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consulting partners.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting sales performance, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
