Job Title: Remote IT PMO Lead
Location: Remote - supporting North America and Canada
Contract Rate: $50-$60/hour
Position Type: Ongoing Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior IT PMO Lead to join our team and oversee PMO management and deployment tracking for a major technology program across North America and Canada. This role will produce reports, track deliverables, and organize executive-level updates for senior leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT project management professional who thrives in dynamic, matrixed environments and enjoys influencing outcomes across complex enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage PMO functions for deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones, results, and budgets

Track, monitor, and report on project progress across multiple workstreams

Produce detailed reports and organize regular report-outs for senior leadership and stakeholders

Make informed decisions on project priorities, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies

Build effective relationships with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders

Communicate clearly and persuasively in both formal reviews and informal settings
-
Ensure project management standards, methods, tools, and applications are effectively applied

Drive accountability and transparency across all aspects of the project lifecycle
Requirements:
-
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred

10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years managing projects

Strong knowledge of project management standards, methods, tools, and applications

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage complex projects in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders at all levels

Experience producing executive-level reports and financial/operational reviews
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience managing ERP implementation projects

Knowledge of supply chain environments
