Job Title: Workday Payroll Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $62/hour

Job Summary:

Join a high-impact payroll product team as a Workday Payroll Analyst, where you'll play a strategic role in enhancing and supporting payroll systems and operations. This role focuses on managing complex business execution initiatives within the Workday Payroll module in a large enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday Payroll, supporting payroll configurations and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess, document, and implement payroll-related enhancements.

  • Evaluate large-scale payroll operations and identify gaps, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Provide support on Workday Payroll testing, integrations, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Analyze business execution challenges and recommend scalable, compliant solutions.

  • Ensure process alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.

  • Proven Workday Payroll configuration and support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll operations and compliance.

  • Ability to evaluate complex systems and propose effective solutions.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and analytical skills
