<>About the Role</>
We're looking for a seasoned engineer to lead the design and development of secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. In this role, you'll architect enterprise-grade systems, drive innovation, and mentor teams across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Architect & Lead: Design IAM systems that scale across services and regions. Set technical standards and guide architectural decisions.
- Build & Automate: Develop secure authentication and authorization systems using modern languages and cloud platforms. Automate infrastructure with CI/CD and IaC tools.
- Secure & Comply: Implement controls to meet security and compliance standards. Partner with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Innovate & Optimize: Evaluate new IAM technologies, improve system performance, and create automation for operational efficiency.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and share best practices across teams.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in systems engineering, 5+ years in IAM
- Deep expertise in:
- OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT
- Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud IdPs
- PKI, certificate management, REST APIs
- Python, Java, Go, PowerShell
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong background in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automation
Bonus Points For
- Master's degree or security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Zero Trust, PAM, HSMs
- Contributions to open-source or technical publications
