Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Downtown - Cincinnati, OH (3-4 days onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, business analysis, and technical expertise, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and assist in the development of technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop technical solutions to meet business needs using no code / low code tools.
  • Work with development teams to ensure technical solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Conduct testing and validation of technical solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-9 years of experience in business or technical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge with software development and API implementations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry.
  • Knowledge of policy, billing, or claims processes.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
