Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze Learning Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and set appropriate learning objectives
- Design and Develop Technical Learning: Create engaging and effective online courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with technology experts to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Utilize Instructional Design Models: Apply various instructional design models and learning theories to develop compelling learning experiences
- Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience
- Evaluate Effectiveness: Test and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences, making improvements as needed
- Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all learning experiences are accessible and inclusive for diverse learners
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience developing training materials
- Developing training materials under the guidance of the Change and Training Leads.
- Experience with Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360 are part of this suite) or similar training development tools
- Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UKG Dimensions)
- Experience developing materials for technology solutions
- Experience with training delivery and facilitation (asset)
- Experience creating training materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
