Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Learning Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and set appropriate learning objectives
  • Design and Develop Technical Learning: Create engaging and effective online courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with technology experts to gather and validate content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Utilize Instructional Design Models: Apply various instructional design models and learning theories to develop compelling learning experiences
  • Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Test and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences, making improvements as needed
  • Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all learning experiences are accessible and inclusive for diverse learners

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience developing training materials
  • Developing training materials under the guidance of the Change and Training Leads.
  • Experience with Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360 are part of this suite) or similar training development tools
  • Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UKG Dimensions)
  • Experience developing materials for technology solutions
  • Experience with training delivery and facilitation (asset)
  • Experience creating training materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
