Job Title: Senior Sail Point Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid Local Texas Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer with 12 15+ years of IT experience, including deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, OKTA, and Azure SSO integrations. This hybrid position is with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and only candidates with prior experience working for a State of Texas agency will be considered.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently on large-scale SailPoint integrations and identity access management projects. Candidates must be Texas-based and able to attend on-site meetings in Austin, TX as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Build and configure workflows, rules, policies, connectors, and provisioning services.
Implement and support OKTA and Azure Active Directory SSO integrations.
Develop and maintain API services for access policies and external integrations.
Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, and Delivery Managers on deployment plans.
Deliver solutions following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

12 15+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development
Experience with OKTA and Azure SSO integrations
Proven success working in Texas State Agencies (MANDATORY)
Proficient in Java, XML, Beanshell scripting, and RESTful APIs
Familiarity with IAM best practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Ability to work independently and under limited supervision

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid Mode On-site presence required in Austin, TX
Local Texas Candidates Only Prior State agency experience is mandatory
