Job Title: MDM Consultant + Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Consultant with strong Data Analysis experience to support Citizens Bank s enterprise data management and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across customer, product, and financial data domains using MDM tools and analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure clean, governed, and trusted master data across the enterprise.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to improve data quality across customer and product data domains.

Collaborate with business users, data stewards, and IT teams to define data governance rules and maintain compliance.

Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues and design solutions for remediation.

Build and manage match-merge, survivorship, and hierarchy rules within MDM systems.

Develop and execute SQL-based data validation scripts to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Create dashboards and reports to track data quality KPIs and data issue trends.

Support data migration, integration, and synchronization between on-premises and cloud platforms.

Translate business requirements into technical MDM and data quality specifications.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in MDM (Informatica MDM, Reltio, or IBM InfoSphere) and data analysis roles.

Strong hands-on experience with data profiling, data quality, and data governance frameworks.

Solid SQL skills for querying, cleansing, and transformation.

Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, or similar) for data movement and transformation.

Good understanding of data modeling, data lineage, and metadata management.

Exposure to financial domain data (Customer, Account, Product, Loan, etc.) is highly desirable.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and data lakes/warehouses.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with Informatica Customer 360 (C360) or Reltio Cloud MDM.

Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or Tableau for analytical and reporting purposes.

Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and regulatory reporting in banking environments.

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
