What You'll Do

- SQL reporting & creating scheduled reports.
- Disaster recovery planning & testing.
- 3rd party software upgrades and system integrations.
- On-call support for critical apps.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years in software and application support.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Must-have: SQL query/report writing.
- Bonus: Extensive QA skills, Report Builder experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
