Job Details
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RPA solutions using PEGA Robotics for our clients to drive automation and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design efficient RPA solutions
- Conduct RPA feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process automation
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in accordance with industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA implementation
- Stay updated with the latest developments in PEGA Robotics and other RPA technologies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RPA solutions within budget
- Continuously improve RPA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to identify and document RPA requirements
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Adhere to Cognizant's coding standards and guidelines
- Train end-users on how to use RPA solutions effectively
- Follow agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Comply with all security, confidentiality, and data privacy policies and procedures
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementation
- Keep track of project timelines and escalate any issues or delays to the project manager
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify new opportunities for RPA implementation
- Continuously strive to enhance technical skills and knowledge through training and self-learning
