Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC machining and proficiency in Mastercam software to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in CNC machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize CNC machining processes using Mastercam software.
• Create and modify CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to improve product manufacturability.
• Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to the production team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Document process changes and maintain accurate records of manufacturing procedures.
• Train and support operators on CNC programming and machining best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in CNC machining and programming, specifically using Mastercam.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
