Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects across ERP, supply chain, HR, and integration domains, environment. The SAP PM will drive program governance, stakeholder engagement, and seamless execution leveraging SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SD, MM, FICO, EWM, and cloud-based integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of SAP initiatives (S/4HANA rollouts, EWM implementations, BTP integrations, Fiori deployments, SuccessFactors enhancements).
  • Own project lifecycle from scoping, budget, and resource allocation to execution, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Drive integration initiatives using SAP BTP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, and APIs, ensuring robust EDI, supply chain, and financial data flows.
  • Partner with functional teams (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, HR) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, SOX controls, and client's cybersecurity standards.
  • Manage external partners and vendors (system integrators, SAP consultants).
  • Support change management and end-user adoption of SAP solutions.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/PMP a plus).
  • 8 - 10 years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years managing SAP programs.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, EWM).
  • Hands-on experience delivering SAP BTP-based projects (Integration Suite, Event Mesh, APIs, extensions).
  • Proven success leading full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Experience in automotive, EV, or manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.

Work Site: San Francisco, CA (onsite)

Duration: 6 months+
