Hybrid Role - M/F Remote, T-TH in office
**Position does not start until first of the year**
**Ideally this candidate has an interest in Engineering and are eager to get their foot in the door**
SUMMARY:
The Engineering Coordinator I performs a variety of office support and administrative duties. The incumbent prints drawing sets, prepares engineering documents for sealing by the engineering staff, composes word processing documents, and files documents electronically for record. The incumbent is responsible to plan, prioritize and organize workload under the general direction of management. The incumbent also provides support to functions performed by other members of the Engineering Services group as able.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Print drawing sets and Professional Engineering (""PE"") letters for sealing by engineers,
Scan sealed engineering documents and upload for delivery.
Perform administrative activities.
Perform word processing functions.
Maintain the filing system.
Receive and review all incoming correspondence; handle routine or recurring inquiries and direct others to appropriate personnel.
Maintain reference manuals, publications, log books, in-house program documentation and other forms of documentation ensuring that they are current and complete.
Execute office automation functions such as storing and retrieving electronic documents or files using electronic mail and other software applications; merge information from word processing, graphics, tabular, Internet/Intranet and database material into final product; respond to routine and non-technical request of information.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.21 - $25.21/hr.
