RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Aurora, CO that is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Architect.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and maintenance of technology solutions that support business operations. This role involves creating custom applications, integrations, and workflows using Python, .NET, C#, SQL, and related technologies, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python, .NET, C#, SQL, and associated tools
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver tailored solutions
* Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and product roadmaps
* Evaluate, test, and communicate the impact of new technology updates and releases
* Build custom web applications, workflows, and system integrations with enterprise platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in line with best practices and security standards
* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting Public Safety Applications (approximately one week per month)
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in business information systems analysis
* Strong background in data and system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
* Experience supporting in-house developed, on-premises, and SaaS applications
* Skilled in business process and workflow analysis, with a focus on customer engagement
* Proficiency in workflow configuration and related methodologies
* Familiarity with change management processes
* Experience supporting User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) functions
* Proficient with web services, APIs, XML, XSLT, ETL, and related technologies
* Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases
* Understanding of information security best practices
* General knowledge of networking and systems disciplines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
