Product Manager - Technology

Job Description :
Join our product team to drive strategy and execution for our core technology platform. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that solve real customer problems. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to shape product direction.
Responsibilities
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand customer needs
Write detailed product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering teams to scope features and manage technical trade-offs
Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
Design and execute A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
Present product strategy and results to executive stakeholders
Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product decisions
Work with design team to create user-friendly experiences and interfaces
Requirements
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology products
MBA or equivalent experience in product management, consulting, or technical roles
Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL for data analysis
Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Figma, analytics platforms)
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product features
Understanding of software development processes and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
