We have a 6 month contract opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst. This role is fully remote but must work CST business hours.
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support revenue cycle optimization initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective communication and understanding between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue cycle systems and interfaces, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyze and document workflows, processes, and systems related to the revenue cycle (from patient check-in through billing and claims)
- Support implementation and optimization of systems and tools
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and timelines effectively
- Project Coordination skills
- Project management knowledge
- Meeting auditor requirements
- Report specifications gathering
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a business systems analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of system interfaces and business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Understanding of revenue cycle processes (e.g., scheduling, billing, claims, receivables)
- Project coordination skills and the ability to prioritize
