Role: Full Stack Engineer AI (Cursor/Windsurf)
Location: Remote

What You'll Do:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by applying best practices in software architecture and engineering (e.g., code reviews, unit testing).
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and take ownership of your code-from design and implementation to test automation and delivery.
• Build intuitive software that empowers customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their unique needs.
• Contribute to the design and development of new products and features, while enhancing the existing product suite.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving-such as using AI-powered tools, automating processes, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Cursor and Windsurf (nice to have).
• 6+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Strong passion for JavaScript and modern web development, with a focus on reusability and componentization.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scalability.
• Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
