Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Test Engineer - Event Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to support test and evaluation events for software tools and systems for US Army PEO IEW&S Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA).

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Test Engineer - Event Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to support test and evaluation events for software tools and systems for US Army PEO IEW&S Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary event coordinator for PEO IEW&S Integrated Sensor Architecture program
- Work across government and industry teams and events to plan and execute test events for a wide range of sensors, intel, and C2 systems
- Work with team leads, LNOs, and stakeholders to identify test events and exercises and the requirements driving them
- Capture desired ISA use cases and outcomes and create supporting plans and documentation to support exercise/event activities and achieve desired outcomes
- Identify, prepare test plans for, and execute ISA support activities for various exercises throughout the US
- Travel to/from exercises and events and generate documentation and reports
- Capture lessons learned / after action for each event
- Serve as the conduit between stakeholders on the ground and ISA development team / technical leads
- Communicate bugs / feature requirements for ingestion into Agile product backlog for future releases
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and 10+ years experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to write and orally brief plans, outcomes, and lessons learned reports
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities in supporting test planning and execution for sensor and C2 systems
- Excellent team player with ability to work with various levels of leadership, technical teams, and stakeholder organizations - military, civilian, and contractor
- Initiative and ability to lead test planning and events with minimal oversight
- Ability to maintain a DoD secret level clearance
- Be proactive in engaging stakeholders and gathering and planning end-user requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate planning and activities for multiple events at the same time
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Prior military systems experience preferred
- Familiarity / experience with ISA and ISA use cases in Army / DoD
