Looking for an experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) domain for executing technology strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities Architecture Development - Design and maintain the technical architecture for QSR systems, including applications, data, and infrastructure.
Technology Strategy - Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement technology strategies that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Solution Design - Lead the creation of end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable and interoperable.
System Integration - Manage integration of various systems and applications within the QSR ecosystem to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
Security Implementation - Establish and enforce security protocols to protect customer data and digital transactions across platforms.
Performance Optimization - Continuously monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
Governance & Compliance - Develop and uphold architectural standards and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Team Leadership - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to architects, technical leads, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Engage with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and external partners, to gather requirements and align on priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably in the QSR industry.
  • Strong understanding of QSR business processes and technology landscape.
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and emerging technologies.
  • Expertise in solution design, system integration, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering architecture initiatives in fast-paced environments.
