Description

We are seeking Visualization Specialists at all levels of experience to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

The Visualization Specialist plans, develops, manages, and supports USARPAC in collection management-related boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups. Provides Multi INT collection requirements that conform to established standards which then are publicized in the appropriate system of record. Assists the management of the Army Multi INT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce Multi INT Collection Management-related products and data calls. Facilitates Army level multi-discipline strategies. Assists in development of visualization of Army Multi INT collection requirements.

Duties:
  • Assists in visualization of Multi INT collection assessment processes.
  • Supports Intelligence Community-led Multi INT collection working groups.
  • Tracks Army Multi INT requirements and collaborate with Army Enterprise elements and external elements as required for visualization presentation.
  • Provides recommendations for visualization of Multi INT collection doctrine, polices, processes and procedures.
  • Supports Mult INT visualization of analytic production, quality control, foreign disclosure review, and dissemination for USARPAC , producing visualization of time-sensitive intel products directly facilitating both exercises, wargaming, experimentation, and R&D to enhance battlefield captures.
  • Uses data visualization techniques to help explain complex issues and inform potential improvements.
  • Improves the usability and visual impact of KM exploitation and analysis of imagery and geospatial information to describe, assess, and visually depict physical features and geographically referenced activities.
  • Conducts data visualization (delivery of processed and unprocessed information/intelligence in formats required by the Government).
  • Produces visual information products (e.g., photo, audio, and video) and/or written communication products.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

DESIRED:
  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires
  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
  • Must have an active TS clearance to start work
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
