About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Sales Leader to drive our IT Service Management (ITSM) business by establishing and expanding partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Services companies. The core objective of this role is to position our organization as an extended delivery arm for MSPs, enabling scalable, high-quality ITSM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and onboard MSPs and Cloud Services providers as strategic partners.
Build a strong partner ecosystem by presenting our ITSM capabilities as a value-added extension to their delivery teams.
Develop and execute partner engagement plans, including go-to-market strategies, co-selling models, and account development.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure with a strong focus on partner-led growth.
Collaborate with internal delivery, solutions, and pre-sales teams to design tailored ITSM offerings for partners.
Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders at MSP organizations to drive repeat and referral business.
Represent the company at industry events and partner forums to promote brand visibility and credibility in the ITSM space.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years of sales experience in IT services, with a focus on ITSM, Cloud, or Infrastructure services.
Proven track record of partnering with MSPs or Cloud providers and successfully acting as their delivery partner.
Deep understanding of ITIL, ITSM platforms (like ServiceNow, BMC, etc.), and service delivery models.
Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach and ability to align technical solutions with partner needs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, partner-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in building or scaling MSP partnership channels.
Exposure to global delivery models and SLA-driven service contracts.
Bachelor s degree in technology, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
